Defective device, poor customer service

The instruction manual provides very little information on how to set up and use the device. I had to go to a you tube video. In addition the machine is not working properly. It continues to flow while I am wide awake and then sends spurts of air. There is no real phone number to call for someone to speak to you have to do an e mail. I want to send this back and get a full refund

The title about the picture

The title about the picture I thought I got cut off it just said easy pulse 5. The picture shows the new easy five plus six. The descriptions first five words is that it is a easy pulse 5 + 6. Although I got the easy pulse 5, not the 5+6, and cannot seem to get a hold of anybody that works customer service. I do understand that it is a weekend, but this is also medical equipment which could be life or death for some of us. I'm going on vacation at the end of the week only if I can get this regulator I ordered. If I don't get them easy five plus six before my family leaves I can't go but I can't get a hold of nobody to fix the situation. I guess evidently they don't know what they're selling either else the description wouldn't have two different regulators
