I'll never order from here again. Got the wrong hoses, sent them back. No communication acknowledging that they were received. No refund yet.

Ordered a SoClean 2 Compatible Hose Adapter For AirSense 11. When I went to use it I found out that the seal was not attached at any of the four corners so my CPAP leaked and was not useable. I notified the service department and got a refund without acknowledging the problem and stating these are the only ones they have. So I bought one from Amazon for a little less after free delivery.
