It's hard to see the level because the numbers don't line up. Doesn't seem to put out as much as my other Bonsai. I have had many problems with them

Took a while for them to a get a label on it and ship. It did arrive.

Excellent communication from sales rep hampered by poor shipping performance. Communication problems between sales and shipping?

Ordered in March 29th received April 2nd. The battery beeps twice periodically if plugged into the wall charging t does not beep if not plugged in. The original battery doesn’t beep at all except when turned off and on. The same beep the new battery sounds periodically when it’s charging. When it beep it show where the power bars are a plug end then goes back to the power bars. No one seems to know why it’s doing this. I just don’t expect a new battery to beep for no reason.

Good company, unfortunately bad part.
