Schnelle Lieferung. Bin aber etwas enttäuscht, da die 4 farbigen Lacke dickflüssig sind und sich nicht gut auftragen lassen. Habe eine HEMA Allergie und mir deshalb HEMA Free Produkte bestellt und trotzdem darauf reagiert, aber nicht so stark wie bei meiner Vorherigen Marke.

Was mich einfach super enttäuscht ist, dass es die Neuheiten, die es in UK schon gibt, so lange nicht auf der deutschen Seite zu kaufen gibt. Auf der UK-Seite ist leider kein Versand nach DE möglich und bei Amazon sind Neuheiten oftmals schnell ausverkauft oder ebenfalls noch nicht lieferbar.

Product all great and shipped fast. However the package was packed so tightly it didn’t fully close and some items were damaged. Didn’t look very nice. The buffer was squished on two sides and was shipped without any packing, just lying in the parcel. As this was too small and slightly open at the top it didn’t seem very hygienic or professional. This is more a bad experience from the logistics side not with the actual products, those are great

Unfortunately German website is not half as good as the UK site, e.g. you can‘t create customers account on German website yet. And your cart is a bit small to have overview, but I guess this will be taken care of soon. Shipment is pretty fast, just 2 days after placing order. Selection is really good too :)

Some colours are not indicated the way they really look like. I missed “how to use“ in written form, especially for the builder gels, there’s is a video explanation only which is stretched out a little too much. Some things are sold out steadily.
