The condition of the packages we ordered was okay. However the last one arrived pretty late. Took like more than 5 days. On our previous order one nailpolish seemed to have a wrong colour. I contacted the support immideately after it arrived but never got a response. The same happenend over half a year ago, when the student discount didn't seem to work. I never got any response. Luckily it works now. But service wise, at least for Germany, it's a 0 out of 5. The products itself are nice though and the website looks pretty. For the website we would give 4 out of 5, because when you go into your shopping basket the window is really small and you can't see all products at once. Only when you continue to the purchase. Also, there are some bugs on the website: You heart a nail polish but it doesn't heart. You put it into the basket but it doesn't go there. First you need to click on the product and then it only let's you add it. When you then go back to e.g. look at other polishes it unfortunately never goes back from where you left of but goes to the very start. Therefore you need to scroll all the way down... As well you can see all apporximately 200 polishes at ones, which is annoying All in all the products are nice, the website is good but needs tiny improvements but the german customer services is far behind. I still haven't heard back from them because of the wrong polish. Even though I used the website to contact you, wrote an additional email etc.

Der take off Nagellack entferner ist nur halb voll und es sieht so aus als wäre es schonmal benutzt worden oder aber es ist ausgelaufen. Das ist sehr schade ☹️

Service gut, schnelle Lieferung Produkte sind teilweise beschädigt (oberer Farbkopf am Nagellack) Lack lässt sich nicht gut auftragen, man sieht immer Flecken und Striche! Durch das Ausprobieren des Lackes ist laut Homepage keine Reklamation mehr möglich! Schlecht! Nur durch Ausprobieren kann man schauen, ob das Produkt gut ist...

Ich fand‘s schrecklich, es klebt überall

Ich war mit der Lieferung sehr zufrieden! Habe das Produkt aber noch nicht ausprobiert.
