I have a sensitive skin I think these product not for me . My skin looks tired and dull in the morning.

Not impressed, so expensive but can’t see any difference that it has made.

Always out of stock of the factor 30 cream

my one star goes for your customer service, I placed an order on Thursday 27th July 2023 around 4pm I realised I had forgotten to add a product to that order so I called your customer services , and explained to one of your representatives that I wanted to cancel the order and reorder with as I wanted to add an extra item. she goes we can't cancel orders I explained that I have literally just placed it so there should be a cancellation window open. she goes let me check , puts me on hold , comes back after few minutes and tells me the orders not come through yet and that once its through she will cancel the order , yesterday I saw the payment sitting in my bank and till this point my orders not been cancelled so that I could reorder . which means she didn't cancel my order as she said she would and the money has been paid . very disappointed as I've been your customer for over 5years now.

Very disappointed, the cream rolls on the skin whether it's worn alone and not to mention under makeup. It just sits on top of the skin. Won't buy again
