Murad UK (BigCommerce)

The option to deliver to my home wasn't possible so it was meant to be delivered to my husbands office. It was delivered to the wrong address and the person it was allegedly left with does not exist DPD delivery and complaints service was terrible Long process of complaints to both Murad and DPD Murad did resolve but had to refund as they then didn't have the stock I love the products - they are high end but the service to deliver did not match in my experience

Not received order. Refund given....but not checked. If you order...there is a reason. Because I need products. Can you please send me products I have ordered please. Order worth £300 suppose to be a gift. So dissapointed

I picked two samples but i was only sent 1
