Very Poor Customer Service
The products are fab but the customer service is abysmal. I ordered late one evening and forgot to add my free sample so emailed immediately to have it added. I received a reply the next morning to say it was too late to amend. Good customer service would be to simply send a sample separately - what is the price of a first class stamp to keep a returning customer. I was sent a survey to rate how my query was treated but did not even receive a response to my comments. It makes me think twice about using Murad now as looking after customers is obviously not important to you.
