I has complained not received

I has complained not received my parcels on second order. Very disappointed and unhappy. I has chat to your agent they also can't do anything. Just send the form to me and fill in and need waiting 10 day. I has said I don't want to refund just want my product redelivery. Nothing to help Just said waiting to investigate. So I don't know still can trust to order next time.

I cannot give Murad any stars I have had a terrible two weeks of communication with them, which at this precise time has not been resolved Could not get them to understand that I was an order missing of which they had taken £115 from my account and no order received, even to this date They have completely left me in limbo land No one has bothered to resolve this to date I would never tell anyone to buy from Murad Incidentally, between me and my daughter we have spent hundreds

Unacceptable

Two separate orders have not turned up. Murad will not refund me until Royal Mail declares the parcels as lost. Totally unacceptable. This had been going on for over a month and if I get a refund it takes 10 days. Totally unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer.

No item delivered and horrible customer service

I got no parcel nothing was delivered to me. Royal mail says that they have delivered it, past 10 days I have been chasing up the customer care to look for my parcel. Very much disappointed by this matter and not at all helpful for me. Nore fund is made nor the item is delivered.
