Murad UK (BigCommerce)

I love the murad products but only allowing RM delivery is difficult to manage. I changed my order delivery date to Friday but the order was delivered today (Tuesday). I’m not home now and the box is clearly advertising the products (which are expensive). I hope the products are still there when I get home as people in my apartment block have had parcels stolen before.

I have been using the Retinol Youth Renewal Eye Serum and the Retinol Youth Renewal Night Cream which I purchased in a £10 kit for about a week with no real issues and have already noticed a slight improvement in skin texture. This is my first experience of Retinol and I have very sensitive skin. I am disappointed, however, at the lack of transparency regarding the strength of Retinol that these products contain. It's not mentioned in the ingredients list so I requested this info from customer services but they say this info is not available ...... very poor response! I don't think I will repurchase as a result of the poor customer service and the lack of information.

The Retinol Overnight Resculpt Treatment is a great cream but the dispensing pump doesn't work at all. I have to use an ear cleaning bud to get the cream out.

25% offer came through before I had received.the products. Not impressed. Target wrinkle cream hasn’t made any difference yet after two weeks.
