Poor loyalty scheme

A couple of months ago I asked about my loyalty points as they are not visible. I eas told that very soon a new website would go live with the loyalty points on there. That has not happened and I have since made another purchase. Don't know if these points will be added to my account. You are still asking people to join up to your loyalty scheme in your website yet you do not show people's points in their account. All in all, very poor

Bad Lid/Bottle Design - Wasting Moisturiser!

Really bad lid/bottle design on the Essential C Day Moisturiser. The bottle is leaky and a lot of product is spilling into the lid which can’t be retrieved. I didn’t expect to be unable to use all of this product given the price! It’s very disappointing.

Great product shame customer service so bad.

Loved the products but had issues with both my orders.My second order I had to keep chasing as was confirmed and money paid but no goods did eventually receive them but was a pain to keep chasing. I honestly believe they missed my second order and didn’t even expedite delivery which I would have thought the least they could do as a new customer.That aside loved the products but the issues have put me off ordering again!!
