I thought because I’d ordered 3 x products I was able to get the freebies on offer. But none were received. I love the Murad products but freebies are always appreciated 🥰

PRODUCT DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR MY SKIN

Recurring order is great and I appreciate the good communication however it is not simple to add additional products. If the additional products have a bonus attached when purchased separately you do not receive this if added to your regular order.

Firstly my products got sent to the wrong address, I had to follow this up and did not receive a lot of assurance this would be rectified. Then eventually double of my order was sent to the right by address to which I was asked to repackage, stick a courier label and book a time for a courier to come pick up the second package. This all took a considerable amount of my time. Will not order from here again

Too many questions and ur prodect doeant work.
