There was an offer going on that had a free sample with the purchase but none of them were available. This is how I like to try out products before I sompend hundreds of dollars on them. I was a bit disappointed

Generally I think your products are amazing (so good in fact that you don't need to hide the price by making the bottles / containers look larger than the content in them – unfortunately I think this works against the integrity of your brand / products). I'm also usually really happy with your products but the Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture I received seems like is old (has a funny 'past it's shelf life' smell).

Ok ask a question online and didn’t get a proper response so

Loving the products, but bitterly disappointed to run out of the night cream after only using it for 21 nights (I counted). It comes in a container that allows one to squeeze out a dollop (without seeing what's left). 21 dollops later, all gone. And it costs a fortune. I was just getting into it, so not happy at all.
