Horrible service horrible product. Product was ruined when I received it

Very short handle, not firmly attached to shaft. Not a very good shaver.

Absolute worst online customer service of any company that I have ever purchased from. The product quality is ok (not amazing) but if you care about customer service then definitely avoid Muhle at all costs. Their website clearly states that returns are accepted within 30 days, what they don't tell you until you start to file a return is that if you open the package, the return is not longer available. So stupid me, I bought two brushes because I wanted to see them in person to compare and planned to return 1 of the 2 brushes, well lo and behold when I went to return one of the brushes it was no longer an option, simply because I broke the seal of the package. So I got stuck paying for two! To make it much worse, before I opened anything I asked how I should proceed and got no response so I took it upon myself to order two and compare - maybe it's my fault but also shame on this company for never responding to my original inquiry because this all could have been avoided if they responded to anything!

Worst experience ever with wet shaving accessories. I will not purchase any products in the future.
