Muhle Shaving

Poor customer service.

I could not find information enough about the shaver characteristics in the very site of the seller. So I bought the shaver just to find out it was inapropriately aggressive to my skin. I opened a ticket to cancel the shipping, but never got any kind of response. I now will have to research for help on how to send the shaver back to the seller. Extremely bad experience.

Shipping was slow.

So as I've wrote in my comment about shaving brush the overall customer service is terrible, I expected a lot more for the money I've spent.

After I cleaned up the razor,(it had been installed backwards and had water and soap stains), it was ok. Come on guys you gave me a used razor! Bad form and from Muhle? Wow!
