After placing and paying for my order, having NOT created an account NOT having saved my credit card info, I went to close out the window. As my finger pressed down, a new button had suddenly appeared and another purchase (for blades) was added with the message, "no need to input your credit card, we have it!" No confirmation, it was a done deal, nothing I could do about it. After searching, I left a message explaining what had happened. I have yet to receive any reply. I received but haven't opened the package. Is this an honest or competent business?
