not being able to refund money if code isn't accepted sucks and customer service takes 48-72 hours to respond no i think it should be 24hours but ok... other than that honestly the product is good and worth buying or trying...

It is super hard to get it to blend properly with my drinks of choice and the clumps do not taste very good. But they were sold out of the fruity flavor when I ordered, this was my first time trying, maybe a different flavor would be better.
