Shipping took long but with the post office issues, I understood. I wish you were more communicative and responded to my emails about it.

I ordered supplements, a sweatshirt, collagen and electrolytes in the strawberry flavor. When I receive my order, I did not receive all my items I reached out to Customer Service. It took a very long time for them to get back to my several emails. I explain I could not get the collagen or the electrolytes down due to the taste, and I wanted to know if I could exchange a return I was told I could not, and that they will provide recipes which they did not, it took forever till my sweatshirt to come and I just feel that I should’ve been able to exchange or return the product due to the issues of my order not even being correct from the start as a courtesy they sent all additional products that I did not ask for I guess to try to rectify the situation. It’s unfortunate because the supplements were fine for me, but due to all the issues I had I probably won’t order again.
