I thought my initial shipment
I thought my initial shipment was very slow, took about 5 business days and customer service was very slow to respond. I had 10 business days before I was heading out of town and needed my shipment address changed as it became clear it wouldn't arrive in time. Customer service was so slow and unhelpful, they finally responded it had shipped before they could help (after multiple emails back and forth, changing my shipping address online, etc.).
