Shipping was fine, not very helpful with returns or exchanges.

My order did not arrive in the amount of time I expected. After emailing I received a quick response letting me know there were a few items that were out of stock but my order was on it's way.

Customer service is not great

Co is fine.

Shipping was quick and the ordering process was pretty simple but I really hope you will rethink the amount of packaging. I understand the single serve packets (though a tub option would be nice) but those are put into bigger bags which are then put into another bigger bag?? Very wasteful.
