I was informed that they would change my subscription only after February ‘s order instead immediately. Even thought they had ample time to do so. I wanted March delivery instead of February. 😦

Didn’t get what I paid for

I purchased Metabolic Renewal Level 2 and never received access to the workouts or any of the other materials. When I called customer service, they told me they had no record of my purchase. I told them my credit card had been charged, and they told me to contact my financial institution. I’m disputing the charge. I’m disappointed because I really like the workouts, but now I’m so mad, I don’t want anything to do with this company.

I've tried emailing a few

I've tried emailing a few times as I purchased level 2 somehow which means I've paid double the price and I do not need 2 of level 2 . I was hoping they could either refund one of the level 2s I bought or open up level 3 for me but I have been contacted at all and have heard no response to my emails that I've sent through to customer service. I love the product but not happy at all with losing money like that.
