While the customer service at the call center are professional I am still having a difficult time getting the changes to my account and no one has communicated with me after several emails to their company to resolve the issues and I want to cancel my subscription.

I do not like the sweetener, Stevia, at all. Sorry. I've used it 3-4 times in different ways.

I thought I was going to be receiving the full original physical books like I got before, complete with all of the details (the meal planning details and shopping lists and recipes, quick start guide, etc. ), but now I only get an edited digital download?! For $37??!! That doesn't have all of the details???!!! This is NOT what I thought I was going to receive. I'd like to get the package of the full original book with the 22-day plan and all of the recipes and lists and details like before with the other printed material, please, since that is what I thought I was signing up for in the first place. I want the full physical books, please, not a digital and edited version. RSVP (please respond as soon as possible) Stuart R.
