Excellent Customer Service; Poor Online Store
I want to first acknowledge Blake for his excellent customer service. He is the only reason I gave an overall "good" review".
I would have given an "great" review but your online ordering was very frustrating because it didn't allow me to order the dark chocolate flavor of the protein powder, which is why I had to call and Blake answered my call.
As it turned out, though, Blake helped me through text messages to find the best pricing for what I wanted, and I would have ended up paying more if I'd ordered online. I did have to fend off Blake's upselling attempts but he was nice about it (not pushy) and it just showed that he's a good salesperson.
I bought enough of the protein powder to last a couple of years because it was the best price per packet and Blake ensured me that the powder should stay fresh that long and that you'd replace it if it didn't. I will want to remember to call in my order next time to get the best deal.
The delivery process was great.
