I ordered several bags of protein, with the intention of ordering more when I run out. I don't use it every day and expect it to last longer than with someone who does. I prefer not to subscribe to receive them automatically for several reasons. The website is not as easy as I would like to change subscriptions.

The original formula of the protein powder was EXCELLENT! We could feel the difference! This new formula (two different ingredients) certainly changes the product. Still good, but not excellent like the original formula. Would you all please consider returning to the original formula?

I want to first acknowledge Blake for his excellent customer service. He is the only reason I gave an overall "good" review". I would have given an "great" review but your online ordering was very frustrating because it didn't allow me to order the dark chocolate flavor of the protein powder, which is why I had to call and Blake answered my call. As it turned out, though, Blake helped me through text messages to find the best pricing for what I wanted, and I would have ended up paying more if I'd ordered online. I did have to fend off Blake's upselling attempts but he was nice about it (not pushy) and it just showed that he's a good salesperson. I bought enough of the protein powder to last a couple of years because it was the best price per packet and Blake ensured me that the powder should stay fresh that long and that you'd replace it if it didn't. I will want to remember to call in my order next time to get the best deal. The delivery process was great.

My only concern is that the package arrived with only one strip of adhesive holding it all together. Otherwise – all is going well.

Noticed a difference in my energy & strength already
