The Mendi Co - BigCommerce

Shipping and communication is quite poor. This is the second time it has taken 3 weeks for me to get my order. Great product and wish to continue to buy but might have to switch it up if I’m going to have to press Mendi for my order every time.

I wish that on the website it would tell you what each product does . such as the CBD gel caps are they for pain or are they for relaxation? I took two at a time and noticed no improvement in pain or anxiety ! I wish the website was clear on what each product does for you. I was using mine for pain

Great, fast shipping products very valueless

Can’t rate anything since it’s been three weeks and I have received nothing. In fact the communication I’ve got was a response to me sending emails inquiring about my delivery.

3 weeks waiting for an order. Still not here. My credit card was charged 3 weeks ago. I sent two emails asking when my order would be shipped as it had not yet been shipped over 2 weeks after placing the order and I received no replies. At all. I understand things happen but not to receive any reply to my emails (after having paid for an order I still have not received) is upsetting. I expect better from Mendi. I will update when my order arrives. Mendi please work on communicating with your customers better.
