3 weeks waiting for an order. Still not here. My credit card was charged 3 weeks ago. I sent two emails asking when my order would be shipped as it had not yet been shipped over 2 weeks after placing the order and I received no replies. At all. I understand things happen but not to receive any reply to my emails (after having paid for an order I still have not received) is upsetting. I expect better from Mendi. I will update when my order arrives. Mendi please work on communicating with your customers better.

Stop emailing me shit. Isn’t it enough I give you my money every month?

Order over 4 weeks ago and my order has still not been shipped.
