Gave me scrubs that were not embroidered despite me ordering and paying for embroidered ones

shipping is extremely slow, this is not the first time i have to email them again to check the status of my order, embroidery quality not consistent, and one of the scrubs i ordered has a hole on the sleeve

Wrong item sent. Sent in complain a few days ago, no reply yet. This is misrepresentation. I ordered an item and another being sent.

It is fine if you do not want to process size exchange ie keeping the purchase. If you rather process a refund...you ought not to 'steal' a 20% from the cost paid for the item we RETURN TO YOU ARRANGED AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. If you want to refund...refund full amount to your buyer. I will not want to buy from you again. You have competitors to go to, bear that in mind.

measurements not accurate. top n bottom is too big for me.
