A disappointment

I have been referred by a good friend to purchase from Medshop. However I must say I am greatly disappointed.
First the correspondences were slow, if not, none at all. The item was delivered late. That was understandable in the COVID-19 situation but not responding to emails/ messages is not acceptable.
I was given the option to either go-ahead with the later delivery or get refund. I opted for the refund but it was never executed. Guess why? Cos no bothered to respond to my email!
When the items came, the sizes were incorrect and I wrote to you asking for a change. I sent 2 emails and a returns authorization form. Still, I didn't get any response.
Is that the level of service standard of Medshop? If it is, I am definitely not recommending to anyone. None at all!
