No notification given about delayed

No notification given about delayed shipment from MedShop. I had to follow up a couple of times. Had to wait for about 6 weeks for my order, despite a lot of misleading information. When my order was scheduled to be delivered to my shipping address, I notified MedShop that I was not available to receive the delivery on that scheduled date, and requested for delivery rescheduling. They disregarded my request, and still sent out the order. I had to call the shipping company, causing unnecessary time wasting and inconvenience. Notifications relating to shipment delivery is not executed in real time, and apparently not in local time. The service from some personnels could be more proactive in assisting with customer requests.

1. Didn’t tell me the product was unavailable until I ask a month after I placed my order when I realised my delivery isn’t here yet. Their explanation was the sock I ordered was unavailable hence the rest of the products were not shipped out. However after I changed my socks to an available one, I still didn’t get my complete order. I am still missing a scrub top. 2. no one picks up the customer service phone 3. Very poor response to email - I tried to ask for a size change before they send the scrub top out (which I am still waiting for it to arrive) but of course no one replied to my email. 4. Extremely bad delivery time even though the product was stated as available on the website on purchase. I have to wait for one month to receive my pair of socks and one scrub Top and I am still waiting for the second scrub TOP to arrive. 5. Even though I would love to buy more scrubs From this website, it’s a pity the poor customer service made it very unappealing and even a deterrent.

confusing

With regards to my order #SG3614. 1. 2 out of 8 srubs that i receive have no embroidery logo. When i called to enquire, i was told that there were no instructions for embroidery. All 8 scrubs was under 1 order. How did i get embroidery on 6 scrubs and not 2 scrubs. 2.My Invoice does not tally up. The invoice : LMS-S10006245 sum up to $216.57 this does not reflect the purchase order that i receive via email. The email invoice i received upon purchase sum up to $516.88. I hope this communication error can be improved.

No reply on queries

I keep getting error message that my delievery address was wrong. However, the correct address was given. When I emailed to ask, no one replied. I have to contact the delievery agent myself to verify my address as per invoice again.

Poor Communication

The uniform quality is pretty good, but the pictures online are not close resemblance of the real life look of the uniforms. It is difficult to communicate directly with the company as it doesn’t have a number. Our name embroidery was also removed by the order and they claimed that I did not enter.
