No notification given about delayed
No notification given about delayed shipment from MedShop. I had to follow up a couple of times. Had to wait for about 6 weeks for my order, despite a lot of misleading information.
When my order was scheduled to be delivered to my shipping address, I notified MedShop that I was not available to receive the delivery on that scheduled date, and requested for delivery rescheduling. They disregarded my request, and still sent out the order. I had to call the shipping company, causing unnecessary time wasting and inconvenience.
Notifications relating to shipment delivery is not executed in real time, and apparently not in local time.
The service from some personnels could be more proactive in assisting with customer requests.
