disappointed that the scrubs came way too big than my sizes. And out of the many pieces purchase. i have to return 2/3 of them and i have reorder because they cant offer exchange of sizes. different sales rep actually tell me different stories. I'm with the quality of the products but just not satified with the experience of purchase.

Has been buying scrubs from Medshop for past 2 years. Unfortunately the experience has been consistently poor. Delivery is very slow, logo embroidery details is never consistent - even in the same order in the picture attached, the same logo submitted can yield totally different colors of embroidery. Other scrubs ordered suffer from different logo size and font type. The customer service never bothered to cross check with us on these details. There is clearly no QC and there is no professional pride in their service delivery. Even in their uniform selections, the measurements have different standards and you can never know how to select the right sizes. One of the scrubs was XS but the head could not even go in ! The scrubs are also not cheap. So why do I still order from them? Because my first uniform was from them and I had to maintain the style of the uniform in the practice. If Medshop has any sincerity to reach out and attempt at service recovery, they will know how to reach me.
