Shipping abit slow, product are good.

The shipping process took around 2 weeks due to CMCO. Nevertheless great service and product. Fit well. Will repeat order.

I ordered five stethoscopes on behalf of my friends, four of them were perfect except for one, which had a dent that could not be fix even after applying pressure. Such a shame since the diaphragm was already beautifully engraved, only the tube had problem. We did submit a request to exchange, hopefully all goes well ! Other than that all the other items were in great condition.
