Received my chart with a folded mark and slightly damaged. contacted the customer service and got a replacement. Unfortunately the chart is receives was also damaged but not as bad as before. For that 4 stars for the replacement effort and responsibility

I love i get cheaper price here. But the engraving is straight did not follow the curve of the diaphragm. But overall im satisfied
