I think the products, including the cream, are great. Unfortunately, I had a lot of problems with customs clearance with my last order because I live in Switzerland. Despite three emails, the customer service does not respond, so I will probably have to pay the customs clearance myself and for this reason I will probably not order from Medik8 again. It's a shame, I'm very happy with the products.

I haven’t receive the product

Terrible. I’ve sent several emails regarding my purchase and no one has contacted me back. I will never purchase a product from your company again. Worst customer service!

its been 3 weeks and i still havent received your goddamn creams

I am still waiting for my product and not sure if I will every get it. Order placed on Aug20 and up until now it is stuck in Turkey customs while in transit to UAE.
