I haven’t receive the product

Terrible. I’ve sent several emails regarding my purchase and no one has contacted me back. I will never purchase a product from your company again. Worst customer service!

its been 3 weeks and i still havent received your goddamn creams

I am still waiting for my product and not sure if I will every get it. Order placed on Aug20 and up until now it is stuck in Turkey customs while in transit to UAE.

I am very disappointment with the shipping, I experienced delays, reorder, delays again (regardless of payment for express shipping, received the parcel by ordinary postal service), had to write so many times to your service so that finally someone would react and do something about the issue. In regard to the above mentioned, some proper actions should be taken to improve the service. Thank you.
