Again, the brand does not give me the feeling that they care much about customers’ concern over under-protected packaging. They just let you express your opinions but do not do anything to enhance protection. It’s disappointing to receive a second package still very unprotected despite concern raised because of the broken bottle received. It’s like the brand does not listen or care about customers at all.

Shipping is delayed and problematic. I paid extra for DHL delivery and received the product by regular mail.

I wished the products were stronger and better than this, but unfortunately I was disappointed.
