I have never had such a bad experience working with a provider.
I ordered a nebulizer for my 100 year old mother. I was told that the nebulizer would arrive in 2 to three days and the website indicated that it was in stock. After two weeks I called to confirm the order and was told that "it was out of stock for the forseeable future" and I could purchase a more expensive one instead. I declined purchasing a more expensive one and instead purchased one through Amazon--which I received in three days.
A month after my initial order, Medical Supply Depot sent the nebulizer. I checked the website for instructions to return the item, found a link to complete the return form ---only to find that the URL was disabled. I contacted the customer service line, and was told that I could not return the item if I had opened the box---fortunately I had not opened it. I was then told that I needed to mail it to their depot in Georgia, pay a restocking fee, and given a return address that was incomplete and did not contain the name of the city. I was not given any assurance that I would be reimbursed for the costs of the nebulizer itself or the costs associated with mailing.
