I I have not received my items as of yet it has been almost 2 weeks so you don’t get a good rating for me

Requesting a refund. Ordered 1/14. Always saying shipping from warehouse...you will call back. Called 5 times. I'm done. I found someone else shipping today. I cant go without as mine broke after 10 years. Horrible customer service.
