I ordered a gait belt that could be wiped down because of Covid use and ai was sent one that I can not use because it can not be wiped clean after I use it.

If the product was the eye dropper guide, I had a little trouble using it, but it was better than trying to use drops without it.

It was ok-not bad or good.

Took wayyyyyy to long to get here 2 1/2 weeks. Medical supply items should be more expedited in my opinion. I was slightly disappointed in the quality. I thought it would have been better being a Phillips brand but I guess they should stick to making shavers

You did not bother to let me know that the order I placed is on back order with no approximate delivery date. I had to make a phone call to you in order to find out what happened to my order and when and if I could expect delivery.
