My worst experience it doesn't work

I made this order a few weeks ago and haven't received my item yet

Received the item quickly and charged as per instructions. The brush stayed on for 10 seconds during use them died. I tried charging a couple more times, which didn’t change anything. I contacted customer services who told me to charge it for 24hrs and then let it drain out for 3 straight days! I did this and wasted so much electricity!! Still dead. I have been waiting for customer services to get back to me for 3 days to tell me how to get an exchange although am leaning towards a refund based on the rubbish customer services. AVOID!!

This is a reflection on your company as you guys have only asked today 18th march as to what I thought of your product! I ordered on 24/2/23 with a 2-7 day deliver , I wish a full refund
