Terrible service from this company. They have yet to acknowledge my complaint. The item they supplied does not and has never worked. Wasted my money. Even bought 2 replacement heads which are useless if I cannot get the brush to even charge.

Awful customer service regarding responding! Second xoxo still not working properly but took so long to get this replacement i cannot be bothered to argue it again

Awful would never buy or recommend you to anyone I wouldn’t even give you one star but no option not too.

Terrible - used 3 times and brush head broken off!

Even when the power is on number 4 you can hardly feel anything and then it goes to nothing at all
