Not very good at all

I ordered on the 22nd of December for next day delivery. I still haven't received my order and I have chased numerous times via email. I have looked on the DPD website several times, every time I've looked it says my parcel is in Crick. I have received one email back days after my first email, to say you would chase this, but I've not heard anything since. You've refunded me £2.99 where's the rest that I've paid? Can you please either chase this order or refund me the REST of my money back please I've paid £91, I'm sorry but the service really isn't the best.

It would be helpful if you responded to customer service emails.

second review, do not buy. sending back is difficult, don't waste your money. I now have a product that I can not use
