Shocking!
I accidentally placed an order for a large quantity of products, I immediately emailed (as the phone lines had been switched off) to explain that I wanted to cancel. 2 days later I received a reply to say that it would be cancelled and I would be notified via email to offer a refund. then 5 days later I received an email to say my goods had been dispatched. Again I emailed to be told there had been a glitch , that they had generated a returns so when I received the goods to send them back for a full refund. I did and according to Royal Mail tracking the goods were received back 11 days ago and still no refund!! I’ve emailed yet again to be told once it’s processed I will be refunded… what a joke
