Response with customer service emails were pretty good, answered all my questions and within a reasonable time.

I love the Wipe Out Swipes, they take makeup off so quickly and gently. My skin loves how they don’t drag or scratch. The only drawback is that after a few uses/washes they are no longer pink. They turn grey and roll up into balls and the edges get a little scratchy. See before & after pic.

I ordered replacement brushes and they arrived very promptly.

The new BareFaced 2 is fabulous. Makes my skin feel super clean and the massage head is wonderful for using with serums
