Doesn't do what it's supposed to. 3 stars are for service and delivery. Followed instructions but no exfoliation, the blade remains void of anything after use. Disappointing.

Only used a couple of times on the lowest pulse it feels a bit uncomfortable as pulls on nerves. Maybe it’s supposed to do that . I’m going to try again as maybe not used to it .

Good product but disappointed the timer doesn’t work on it I have contacted magnitone as it probably takes long to Resolve the problem

The mirror is very short, it could have done with a longer stand. The larger mirror is also quite small. If you attach the magnifying mirror to it, there’s not a lot of space on the bigger mirror. It’s not what I expected, however, I accept it could be because I didn’t read the dimension details carefully enough.

As usual your products are brilliant, but somehow the first line of my address was missed off, I contacted Yodel when I discovered this (several times!) but it still took ages to get the parcel.
