I purchased a magnitone product that unfortunately stopped working after a month, I contacted customer service and immediately they wanted to resolve my issue I received a new product within 3 days. Amazing

I had a problem with my gadget and left a 'contact us' message. It was responded to very quickly and my gadget was replaced. I was very happy with the service.
