I had a problem with my gadget and left a 'contact us' message. It was responded to very quickly and my gadget was replaced. I was very happy with the service.

Shipping was fine but the Magnitone machine is a complete waste of money. No positive results at all.

I really like this Company. They provide great, effective products at reasonable prices and they deliver quickly and provide bonus samples - what’s not to love?

I love this little magnitone shaver. It’s small, easy to hold, easy to use. Charges via usb, which lasts for ages. I had a small problem with a broken part on my shaver, Magnitone customer services were amazing , they were quick and extremely helpful and generous in their response. Highly recommended.
