Did order it on the 12th of Dec and didn’t get it until the 5th Jan. Understand it is Christmas and busy but perhaps that should be your focus as I am sure it’s a lucrative time of year and one that people like to have prompt service. Even some correspondence re the delivery as I was left in limbo thinking it was a hoax. But product arrived eventually and have happy daughter.

After order was confirmed - some erratic and slow communications when I tried to find out delivery dates etc did not fill me with huge confidence . Thought from the website I looked at it was NZ based out of Johnsonville but as it transpired product was shipped from Australia. Would have thought me being in NZ would have had better response to emails etc. given I was communicating with someone also in NZ

Says Luxhair NZ... comes from Australia though. Wouldn't have purchased it if I had known it wasn't a NZ company. Carbon footprint!

Took a while to arrive and emails never answered but overall happy with the product makes my hair super soft and squeaky clean. I thought the product was coming from NZ where I live as it was a nz website but it came from Australia? Maybe the delay was due to Covid

Love the product. Shipping took forever - but I understand current covid issues have been effecting freight. I should have ordered earlier!
