Great products.. took ages to get here.

Took a long time to get here - packaging was a bit average and banged around when arrived but products are good!

Was very slow to arrive but products are good

Great product at a great price but delivery was quite late, presumably due to Xmas rush for couriers

Absolutely love my GHD's but feel the communications were terrible. All I wanted was to know if it way being shipped from NZ or Oz and an ETA. Some of my emails were not responded to & when I finally got one I got told they were coming from Oz but were now in the country but upon searching the T&T link I was finally sent, they were still in Oz. Not the best customer service in my experience sorry.....
