When purchasing, it was a NZ website with a NZ address, however shipping was from Australia. It took 3 weeks to arrive, I wouldn’t have purchased from here if I had know that. However the price was good and product arrived ok!

No fault of the salon but my products got stuck at Melbourne airport for 2 weeks and had a bit of trouble getting hold of someone to help me but the treatment finally arrived yesterday and apart from one of the lids being cracked, all in good condition and we'll packaged. Would definitely consider purchasing from there again just not when I am desperately needing supplies!
