Still not here

Still not received my order - over 5 weeks later!!! Communication was poor - didnt even bother to personally respond to my second email enquiring about my purchase. I have waited patiently for my items to arrive but Items apparently coming from overseas and still not here. I wouldn’t have ordered this if I’d known - bought through NZ company assuming it was in stock here so I could get my items within a week or so. Items weren’t cheap so now feel extremely disappointed. Frustrated now as I am still without the product, still spent a lot of money (refund?) and feel like trying to contact Lux Hair (again) is a joke as they just didn’t appear to be bothered.

It’s hard to review a product that hasn’t arrived yet, a month after I ordered it.

I ordered a set of products a month ago (and counting). I still haven’t received. I emailed 2 or 3 times, tried to call and messaged through Facebook messenger. Not one reply. The item has been shipped and even though I understand covid delays this is getting ridiculous. Apparently it’s on the way…. I won’t order again from here .

Delivery was much slower than expected. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response.
